Hospitality at San Vincenzo is rich in variety and offers many levels of spiritual and cultural exchange
with the nuns and other guests. The intent is to give guests a sacred space, provided by the land and its pervading spirituality, for the guests
to be nurtured in the peace of their being.
The center for receiving guests is the Casa Colonica, a modern Italian farmhouse. It contains
a small kitchen (with a fireplace), laundry facility, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The guest house is primarily intended for
women, but also has the capacity to house a married couple or a small family, depending on the circumstances. Noon and evening meals
are prepared by the nuns for the residents of the guest house.

Personal arrangements for retreats or visits must be made in writing. Stays generally are
no longer than one week. There is a 9:00 pm curfew for entrance at the gate.
Large groups usually come only for the day and work out their meals together. Many
such groups want to work on the land, but other groups may want to make a parish retreat, a scholarly seminar, a master's class in the
arts or hold a scout meeting.
A program of Land Experience may be requested by young women, 21 years or older, who want to
work with the land and crafts for a period of time (not more than one year) in order to prepare for the next step of their path in life. This is also
open to women seeking discernment for a religious vocation.
Train schedules for the destination of Isernia can be consulted at the
train stations anywhere in Europe or see Links. You can get closer by bus, but these schedules are less
reliable.
