Hospitality at San Vincenzo is rich in variety and offers many levels of spiritual and cultural exchange with the nuns and other guests. The intent is to give guests a sacred space, provided by the land and its pervading spirituality, for the guests to be nurtured in the peace of their being. The guest houses are not hotels for tourists, but reserved for extending the monastic tradition of hospitality to pilgrims seeking a renewal of their spiritual well-being and future hope. Personal arrangements for retreats or visits must be made in writing. Stays generally are no longer than one week. There is a 9:00 p.mp. curfew for entrance at the gate.

A program of Land Experience may be requested by young women, 21 years of older, who want to work with the land and crafts for a period of time (not more than one year) in order to prepare for the next step of their path in life. This is also open to women seeking discernment for a religious vocation.

Casa Colonica
Casa Colonica

The Casa Colonica is a modern Italian farmhouse that contains a small kitchen (with a fireplace), laundry facility, four bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The guest house is primarily intended for women, but also has the capacity to house a married couple of small family, depending on the circumstances. Dinner and supper can be provided by the nuns for groups, but families or goups over 4 need to do their own cooking.

The Latteria is a small apartment for couples or seminarians. This also has a small kitchen, bathroom and two small bedrooms.

St. Scholastica
St. Scholastica
Scholastica is a renovated house and barn complex which is used for large groups such as a parish retreat, scout groups or seminars. Groups must provide their own meals. The complex will house 30 people and has an adjacent field for camping.

This gives tax exemption benefits to our benefactors whose generosity continues to sustain our life here.
